When your company has to deal with large quantities of dust and material to be extracted, a pre-separator offers the solution. A pre-separator is placed between the vacuum cleaner and the extraction point, with the advantage of a reduced load on the filter of the extraction system. With a pre-separator you are able to separate the material to be extracted completely as desired, separated material can then be easily recycled or removed.
BEAM supplies static and mobile pre-separators with collection volumes from 20 to more than 500 litres. The type of dust, the quantity and the method of dust removal or recycling determine the pre-separator model. A cyclonic pre-separator without a filter is suitable for separating medium-fine dust. The addition of a cyclone to a central vacuum system significantly relieves the filters. In addition, for the separation of normal house dust, there is a choice of various pre-separators with filters that can be expanded with a self-cleaning filter system.
