How do I report a product issue?
Is your product damaged upon delivery or not functioning properly? Please report your issue to our customer service team, preferably by email.
Some products can be repaired, depending on the nature of the issue.
What is covered under warranty?
We offer a minimum 2-year warranty on all products against manufacturing defects. Under normal use, your product should not fail within the first two years.
For selected products, we offer extended warranty coverage beyond two years.
When assessing a complaint, we consider not only the warranty period but also the nature of the product. For example, it is reasonable to expect a vacuum cleaner to last longer than a vacuum nozzle.
After you submit your claim, our repair service will assess whether the issue falls within the warranty conditions. We will always inform you whether your claim is covered, so you won’t face unexpected costs.
If your claim is covered under warranty, we will cover the costs of repair or replacement — including shipping and service costs.
If your claim falls outside the warranty period, we will clearly inform you of any associated repair or replacement costs. You can then decide whether you wish to proceed. We never charge inspection or assessment fees.
Where can i find my warranty proof?
Your invoice serves as your warranty certificate.
If you no longer have your invoice, please contact our customer service team so we can retrieve your purchase details.
All BEAM vacuum cleaners are equipped with a model and serial number. Please include this information when submitting a complaint.
Can my product be repaired?
We do not repair damaged vacuum nozzles. Most other products can be repaired.
When submitting a repair request, please include a detailed description of the issue so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
After receiving your request, we will contact you within 2 working days to determine the best solution.

How long does a repair take?
Repair times vary depending on the product and the issue. In some cases, replacement parts are required or additional testing is necessary to ensure proper functioning.
We understand that being without your product is inconvenient. Therefore, once we receive your returned product, we aim to complete repairs within 5 working days.
Legal Warranty
All products purchased from us are covered by statutory warranty. This means that your product must be delivered in good condition and function properly under normal use.

UNETO-VNI has conducted research into the average lifespan of a wide range of electronic products.

What Is a Proper Product?
You are entitled to use a product without issues for a reasonable period of time. The expected lifespan depends on the type of product. For example, a vacuum cleaner has a longer lifespan than a vacuum cleaner brush.
Even if you purchased a product on sale, you are still entitled to receive a properly functioning product.
When Is a Product Considered Defective?
A product is considered defective if it is incomplete, damaged, broken, or does not function as intended.
Your Rights Under Garantie
If a product does not function properly within the applicable warranty period, we will seek an appropriate solution as quickly as possible. This may include:
- Free repair
- Replacement with a new product
- Refund of the purchase amount
If the issue is caused by misuse or improper handling, you are not entitled to free repair, replacement, or refund.
Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use is also not covered under warranty.
Warranty Limitations
This warranty covers only defects resulting from material or manufacturing faults occurring under normal household use.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Products not supplied by BEAM
- Accidents, misuse, neglect, abuse, or improper application
- Modifications or alterations to the product
- Commercial use (including hotels, offices, restaurants, or rental use)
- Maintenance or repairs performed by unauthorized persons or organizations
- Force majeure or circumstances beyond our control
Complaint or Defect Within Warranty
If you submit a product complaint, we will assess whether the warranty conditions, as described in our general terms and conditions, apply to your situation.
If your complaint is valid and falls within the warranty conditions, all associated costs — including service and/or shipping costs — will be covered by us.
