- Free delivery on orders over €75 (Excl. VAT)
- Orders under €75: €6,95 shippings costs
- We deliver to: The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg.
- For deliveries outside these countries, additional shipping or import charges may apply.
Delivery Times
- Orders placed before 15:00 and in stock are shipped the same working day.
- Delivery is typically made the next working day.
- Due to carrier performance (approx. 96% on-time delivery), delivery may occasionally take an additional working day.
- Please note:
- Orders are not shipper or deliverd on Saturdays & Sundays
- Orders placed during the weekend will be deliverd from Tuesday onwards
Track Your Order
All orders are securely packaged. After shipment, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code, allowing you to follow your shipment.
Tracking becomes active once the parcel has been processed by the carrier. In some cases, this may only be visible later in the evening or the next working day.
If your shipment is not trackable within 48 hours after ordering and you have not received your order, please contact our customer service team.

Prefer to collect your order? No problem. Orders can be picked up at our location during office hours.
