Can I pick up my order at BEAM?

Yes, you can often collect your order the same day from our warehouse in Oirschot, the Netherlands.

During checkout, simply select pick-up and choose your preferred collection time. We are open Monday to Friday.

  • In stock? You can reserve the product and pick it up the same day.

  • Out of stock? Please contact our customer service team to arrange a collection time.

Your order will remain available for up to 5 days after the selected collection date. You can choose to pay in advance online or at the time of pick-up.

All products can be reserved for warehouse collection.

Can I pick up my order at a DHL ServicePoint?

Yes, you can choose delivery to one of the 2,800+ DHL ServicePoints during checkout.

Once your order has been paid online, it will usually be ready for collection the next working day from 16:00. You will receive a notification as soon as your package has arrived. If it has not been collected, we will send a reminder after three days.

Your order will be held for up to 7 days. After one week, uncollected packages will be returned to us.

Please note:
Large products, such as vacuum cleaners and tubes, cannot be delivered to a DHL ServicePoint. If oversized items are in your shopping cart, this pick-up option will not be available at checkout.
